I purchased a Course, How do I access it?
To access all of your courses, navigate to My Courses and log in. You will find a list of all the courses that you are currently registered for. Click on a course title and you’ll open up the course page where you will see all published modules listed. Click on your course module titles to find lessons, materials, and more!
Do I have to attend lessons live?
In general, all of my course modules are designed to be self-paced. Some lessons will be provided live with opportunities to ask questions. Those sessions will be recorded and then posted into your course module for replay at your convenience. In that case, you do not have to attend live and can watch the replay any time to catch up or review course material at a later date as a refresher.
I can’t log in, what should I do?
If you have previously registered for a course and are having trouble logging into the website, first try to clear your web browser cache. Clearing your browser cache can help resolve issues like outdated content, slow loading times, and other browsing problems. Not sure how to clear your browser cache? Click here.
Helpful Tip: When logging in or resetting your password, be sure that you are using the email address that you used to register for the course. If you need to change that, contact us.
